1.Shipping Time

In most cases, order will often arrive within 3 to 10 business days after they are shipped. Other factors, such as national holidays, weekends, customs clearance, delayed payments and shipping fee confirmation, might extend shipping times.

You can also check the estimated delivery time using EMS.

2.Delivery Fees

Delivery fee varies depending on the destination country and weight of the order, which includes any wrapping and packaging if applicable.

The store will send you a confirmation email containing the final price(item price + shipping fees)

3.Customs and import duties

Customs and duty fees not included on all international. These charges, if applicable must be paid separately by the recipient of the parcel.

4.Abount Returns and Refunds

In general, returns and cancellations are not accepted at the customers' convenience.

In the event that an order is return to Japan due to misdelivery, the customer may be charged additional shipping fees.
